George G. Buchanan, 97, passed away on November 27, 2009. He was a member of Lakeview Christian Church and a 32o Mason. George was a problem solver and enjoyed challenges. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth. Survivors include his daughter, Sylvia (Danny) Galleher; son, Ray (Cindy); 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and dear friend and co-worker, Louie Postich. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 5- 8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
