Frederic K. Frakes, age 68, passed away August 14, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.
Fred leaves behind his wife and soul mate of 38 years, Shellie; son, Scott; grandchildren, Allison, Jackie, and Thomas; brother, William (Alane); Sister, Teresa; in-laws, Keith and Joyce McMenamy, Sherrie, Mindy, and Steve (Dawn); and many nieces, and nephews.
Per Fred's request there will not be any services.
