Floyd E. Clevenger, Jr. "Junior", 95, passed away on December 20, 2012.
He was a veteran of World War II and a member of West Akron Church of Christ. Floyd enjoyed ceramics and porcelain doll making with his wife. He was also an avid reader. Floyd was very generous and was loved by all who knew him.
Preceded in death by his wife, Velma "Pat"; and 4 siblings. Survivors include son, James; grandsons, Jeff (Sarah), Joel, and Jeremy (Alicia); 5 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Sunday, 4-7 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m.
