Florence (Flo) Harrah
Florence (Flo) Harrah was born on December 16, 1946 to the late Lee and Georgia Norman. A lifetime Akron and Springfield resident, Florence returned to God on July 17, 2015. She was surrounded by her loving family while she slept into eternity. Flo is the beloved wife of James Harrah. James was truly the love of her life whom she married on June 19, 1965.
She is the loving mother of Cindy Abernathy (Mark) and James Harrah, Jr. (Serena). She is survived by her sister Geneva Congrove (Ray); 5 grandchildren: Robert (Brittani) Harrah, Jared (Heather) Abernathy, Tiffany Harrah, Cody and Charlie Abernathy. She also leaves behind 6 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Minda Barlow (Steve); sister-in-law, Linda Moldaver; niece, Veronica Miktarian: nephew, Paul Miktarian; great-niece, Angela Norman. Flo is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Ron Harrah; and nephews, James Norman and Josh Miktarian.
Until we meet again, Flo you will be greatly missed. A private family service will be held to honor our beloved matriarch.
