Ethel Mae Haben
Ethel Mae Haben, 73, of Tallmadge, passed away November 21, 2013. She was born in Marion County, West Virginia on November 22, 1939 to the late Brady and Elsie Welch.
Ethel was a hospice nurse for many years and her home visits touched countless lives. She was an avid gardener and a wonderful cook. She enjoyed collecting Native American memorabilia, Snow Babies, snowmen, and bears.
In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her dear friend, William B. Haben.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Pam Seeker (Tony Polito), Tracy Nester, and Brad (Paula) Haben; grandchildren, Ryan (Rachel) Seeker, Venessa (Michael) Sweeney, Amber Nester, and Collin Haben (Sarah Buehler); great-grandchildren, Noah Seeker and Addison Sweeney; cousin, Elaine Tharp; and beloved dog, Cuddles.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
