Ernest E. Gay, 59, passed away Sept. 2, 2010. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Ernest is preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Donna (Gail); and sister, Jeannie. He is survived by his children, Wanda (Bill) Dyser, and Justin (Heather) Gay; grandchildren, Matt and Tyler; sister, Janet (Bud) Nash; brother, Ernie (Jean) Gay; and many other family and friends. Calling hours will be held Saturday, Sept. 4, from 10 am to 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, service to follow at 1 pm. Burial at Clinton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the American Red Cross.
