Ernest Clark Davis

Ernest Clark Davis, 82, of Tallmadge, passed away on April 14, 2026. He was born on May 3, 1943 to the late Earl and Helen {Roberts}Davis.

Ernie is survived by the love of his life and wife of 27 years, Patricia; step-son Josh (Patsy) Hart; granddaughter Kylie O'Neal; sister Cheryl; brothers Wes and Gary.

Ernie was a proud veteran of the United States Army, and retired as a Lieutenant from the Akron Fire Department after 25 years of service. He always said being a Firefighter was the greatest job anyone could have and missed the morning shift with the guys.

In his free time, enjoyed skiing and hitting the golf course with longtime fellow firemen and friends.
