Edward E. Winters, 84, passed away on September 13, 2005. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. after 42 years of service. Preceded in death by 10 siblings. Survivors include his loving wife June of 14 years; step-daughter Floriene Banner; step-son Roger (Loretta) Morrison; sisters Bessie Swigart and Minnie Collins; 7 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; and 1 step-great-great-grandchild. Calling hours will be TODAY 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral service Friday, 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Randolph Hillside Cemetery.
