Douglas Edward Landin, 42, of Akron, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 14, 2014. He was born in Akron on March 16, 1971 to Charles and Evelyn Landin.
Doug was employed for many years with Northwest Airlines. He was devoted to his four sons and enjoyed supporting them in all their sports and activities at Colonel Crawford Schools.
Doug will be deeply missed by his sons, Kristopher, Kameron, Kaleb, and Keegan and their mother, Christine; his parents, Charles and Evelyn; brothers, Dennis (Rose), David (Kathy), Don (Ruth), and Dana (Barb); many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday March 18 from 4-6 p.m. followed by a 6:00 p.m. memorial service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
