Dorothy L. Farley
Dorothy L. Farley "Dolly" passed away on July 22, 2015. She was born in Akron, OH on May 6, 1924 to the late Andrew and Sue Mason, of Akron. She was a lifelong member of the Akron Eagles Club #2238, Freedom Highway Band and involved in many other bands and organizations. Dolly was faithful member of the Jehovah's Witness organization.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Juanita Leivdal. Dolly leaves behind her husband of 47 years, Max; sons, Marcus W. Craven, and Nathan W. Craven; daughter, Kymberly (Ted) Elfrink; grandson, Dustin R. (Tiffany) Lazar; she also leaves behind two granddaughters and their families; sisters, Joan C. Hare, Wanda June (Dan) Spencer; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was loved and cherished by many and will be deeply missed.
A private service will be held at the request of the family. A Celebration of Dolly's Life will be held at the FOP Lodge #7, 2610 Ley Dr. Akron, OH 44319 at a later date.
