Donny Glen Dye, 47, went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on September 16, 2012.
Donny loved his family, music, playing his guitar, and was an avid hunter. He also enjoyed helping people and was a very thoughtful person.
Preceded in death by his father, Luther; brother, Brian; aunts, Linda and Betty; uncle, Dick; cousins, Mary Jane, Theresa, Barb, and Jim; parents-in-law, William and Helen Gilley.
Survivors include his wife, Diana; mother, Patricia; stepdaughter, Carrie; sister-in-law, Carol Davis; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Calling hours will be Friday, 4-6 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a funeral service to follow at 6 p.m.
