Donna Mae Hutchinson

Donna Mae Hutchinson {Allen}, 84, passed away peacefully at her home in Stow, Ohio, on August 26, 2026, at 9:30 p.m., surrounded by the family she loved so deeply. Born on November 22, 1941, and raised in Pennsylvania, Donna later moved to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, where she graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School. It was there that she met the love of her life, Ron, on a blind date set up by his cousin.

Together, they started a beautiful journey, spending their married adult life in Stow and sharing 66 devoted years of marriage. Donna was the ultimate backbone of her family—a force of strength who guided them through many life trials with grace and resilience. She was the most selfless, generous, kind, and hilarious woman, whose word always meant something. Donna loved God and took her faith seriously, truly living a Christ-like life every single day. Her absence leaves a profound void, and living in a world without her force feels impossible to those she left behind. Her immense presence and love will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald L. Hutchinson; her daughter, Brenda Lee Hutchinson; and her sister, Fran Clausen. Donnas legacy lives on through the four grandchildren she raised as her own: Ashley White (Taylor White), Jeffery White Jr., Joseph White, and Adrienne White (DJ Carder); as well as her nine cherished great-grandchildren: Korynne, Brooke, Oliver, Charlotte, Marlowe, Maddox, Trevor, Harper, and Wesley; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, William and Vivian Allen; her daughter, Cynthia Ann White; and her brother, Bill Allen, whose surviving wife is Linda Allen, whom she also considered a sister.
