Donald Dean Lee

Donald (Don) Lee went home to be with the Lord on May 5, 2025 at the age of 89. A resident of Akron throughout his life, Don was known for his loving nature. He was a man who held Jesus and his family at the center of his heart. His love for his family was evident in his every action, providing support and strength for his children. His kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As an Army Veteran, Don proudly served his country with honor. For over a decade, he was an active and cherished member of Celebration Church, where he found joy and fulfillment in his faith community.

Don was survived by his sons Mark Lee and Bruce (Debra) Lee; his grandchildren Christopher Lee and Chelsey (David) Hostetler (Lee); also his great grandchildren Jacob, Jaydon and Lily Hostetler.

In accordance with his wishes, there will not be a funeral or service for Don. He preferred to be remembered in the hearts and prayers of those he loved.

Don's favorite bible verse was John 3:16. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." GOD BLESS!
