Deorene M. Allen (Berger), 78, of Akron, passed away January 29, 2017. Deorene was born in Sutton, West Virginia on July 9, 1938 to the late Elvin and Mabel Williams.
In addition to her parents, Deorene was preceded in death by her loving husband James Allen; daughters, Deloris Woods and Marlene Berger; sister, Deloris Berger and brother, Bill Williams.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Debbie (Eric) Lyall, Melody Arnold, Wanda (Glenn) Lambert; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron. Interment at Sunset Hills Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
