Delores P. Hahn

Delores P. Hahn, 84, passed away on September 18, 2016. She was born in Akron, OH on April 28, 1932. Delores retired after 25 years of dedicated service at Akron General Medical Center. She enjoyed traveling to Holden Beach, NC, gardening, and was an extremely devoted grandmother. Delores encountered more grief than the average person should endure in a lifetime. She continued on with an iron will. Rest in eternal peace Mom.

Delores was preceded in death by dedicated husband, "Teke;" sons, Raymond K. and Bruce D.; daughter, Patti; and grandson, Jeremy. She is survived by son, Denny (Jill); 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Naomi, Kathy and Patsy; her companion, Bear; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 4-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. The family would like to thank Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service and the staff of Heather Knoll. In honor of this fine lady, hug the next bulldog you see.
