Dee Ann Riffle, 68, died on December 9, 2014.
She was born in Akron and spent her entire life here. She worked for Roadway Express and retired from Acme Foods. She enjoyed reading, entertaining her family and friends, and trips to the ocean. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority.
She leaves her husband of 48 years, Kermit G. Riffle; son, Scott W. Riffle; daughter, Hallie L. Riffle; and granddaughter, Charleigh L. Riffle.
Calling hours will be Monday, 2-4 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a funeral service to follow at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, N.E. Ohio Chapter, PO Box 14668 Cleveland, OH 44114.
