Deborah Sue Thomas, 65, of Tallmadge, passed away October 31, 2014 with her family by her side. Deborah was born in Akron on October 20, 1949. She will always be remembered for her vibrant personality. She was a loving mother, a devoted friend, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Deborah was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Watkins; father, John Beavers; and brother, Gene Beavers. She will be deeply missed by her children, Crystal Thomas (Alex) and Jason Thomas (Angela); sister, Joyce Vaughn; brothers, Jimmy Beavers (Wanda) and Julian Beavers (Sylvia); special niece, Nicole; and dear friends, Sue and Phyllis.
Family and friends may gather from 3-6 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2014 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Deborah's favorite charity, http://theanimalrescuesite.greatergood.com.
