Deborah J."Debbie" Marshall

Deborah J. (Gray) Marshall, age 56, of Akron, passed away October 13, 2015 at home. She was born November 5, 1958 in Akron to Howard and Shirley (Plant) Gray. Debbie was involved with Constant Companions Knitting Circle where she enjoyed crocheting and knitting blankets for cancer patients. She also cherished the time she was able to spend with her nieces and nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 27 years, William "Buddy" Marshall. Debbie is survived by her parents, Howard and Shirley Gray; brothers, Michael (Caren) and Charles (Christina) Gray and sister, Brenda (Jim) Harbert; dear friend, Sherry Vickroy and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive guests Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 10-11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305 (330-784-3334) where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire Hospice Team for the loving care and compassion they showed to Debbie.
