Deborah A. Anderson "Gram"
Deborah A. Anderson, 62, of Norton, passed away March 30, 2013. She was born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania on August 22, 1950 to the late Edward and June Marie Ferrar.
Debbie was employed at Akron General Medical Center for 30 years. She devoted much of her time to volunteering with Teen Moms and the Polar Express. Debbie enjoyed vacationing at the beach and outings with her girlfriends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and Gram and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of over 40 years, Paul Anderson; children, Christie (Joe) Pateos, Jennifer (Keith) Ross, and Jonathan (Krista) Anderson; brother, Greg (Debbie) Ferrar; grandchildren, Austin Pateos, Nathan, Mikayla, and Lindsey Ross, and Hunter Anderson; many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday April 2 from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
