Dean W. Fisher- Follower of Christ, passed to his Heavenly reward on Sunday, July 20, 2014 surround by his loving family. Dean was born on October 7, 1932 in Newry, Pennsylvania to Minnie and Grant Fisher. Dean retired from the AC&Y/Norfolk and Southern Railway Company after 38 years of service. After retirement from the railway company, he was employed by Market Day as a truck driver until being diagnosed with Glioblastoma in July 2013. Proceeded in death by his parents, Grant and Minnie Fisher; brothers, Donald, Richard, Earl, Charles, James, Dale and Dervin Fisher. Mother and Father-in-law, Arthur and Faye Beck; brother-in-law, Larry Beck and grandson, Jeffery Kammer. Dean is survived by his bride of 62 years, Doris Fisher (Beck); children, Bruce (Kay) Fisher, Donna (Lonnie) Kammer, Debbie (Mike) Logan, and Brian (Marianne) Fisher; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Dean loved spending time with his family and their yearly vacations to Pigeon Lake, Ontario Canada. The family would like to express special thanks for the great care of our father to: Cooper Cancer, Dr. Clifford and staff, and the special staff of Summa Hospice Home Care, and the amazing staff at Barberton Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Celebration of Life service to be held at 7:00pm on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, 750 W. Streetsboro St. Hudson, Ohio 44236.
