David L. Stevenor
David L. Stevenor, 61, of Akron, passed away on March 12, 2015 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Akron on October 17, 1953 to the late Leon and Pauline Stevenor. He was a long distance truck driver for Whiteline Express. In his free time, David loved NASCAR and being with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Taylor Renee Jones. David will be deeply missed by his wife of 42 years, Mary; children, Michele Stevenor, Billie (Paul) Jones, and David (Amanda) Stevenor Jr. of Winter Garden, FL; brother, Gary (Sherry) Stevenor; grandchildren, Nicole Stevenor, Miley Jones, and Morgan Jones; many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at Lakemore United Methodist Church, 1536 Flickinger Rd., Akron, OH 44312. A memorial service will be at the church on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with visitation for one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
