David Drushal, age 66, of Akron, Ohio, passed away at home on August 25, 2025.
Born December 14, 1958, David proudly served in the US Army as a paratrooper, sharp shooter, and grenade launcher.
He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 20 years, Sue Drushal; step-daughters, Beth Carr and Kimberly (Ray) Williams; grandchildren, Caitlyn Carr, Casandra (Joshua) Childs, Kenadee Williams, Jaysean Williams and Kylie Williams; and great-grandchildren, Levi Carr, Shamar Lawson-Davis, Sevyn Kendrix and Ryder Childs.
David will be remembered for his fierce love of family, his adventurous spirit, and the many stories and laughter he shared with those around him.
A Celebration of David's Life will be held at his home on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 3pm for family and close friends.
