Daniel R. Breckenridge, 66, passed away on May 6, 2012, following a long illness.
He was born on September 7, 1945 in Akron, to the late Fred and Annie Breckenridge. He was a graduate of Kent Roosevelt High School and served in the US Army from 1963 to 1966.
He was preceded in death by sister, Laurie; brother, James; parents-in-law, Merle and James Swartout; sister-in-law, Elva Swartout; and grandson, Hayden Timms.
Danny is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Janice; sister, JoAnne Ricard, of Kent; brother, Robert, of California; brothers-in-law, Donald and Gary (Kathy) Swartout; stepsons, Mike (Christina) and Jeff (Heather) Timms; grandchildren, Lizzie, Sydney, Riley, James, Avery, Rachel, and Caleb; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and neighbors.
Danny had a lifetime love of dogs and will be greatly missed by his "son" Ruffus.
Cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
