Daniel L. Watkins, 48, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2015. He was born in Akron on August 19, 1967 to the late Raymond and Mary Watkins. He was employed at Schwebel's Bakery for 26 years.
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Kathleen Watkins; and brother, Joseph Watkins. He will be deeply missed by his siblings, Jackie Douglas, Deborah (James) Castor, Johanna (Christian) Cobbold, Judy (Mark) Shenot, Robert Watkins, and David (Cindy) Watkins; many nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
Private services will be held for Daniel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Dr. Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
