Dallas White

Dallas White, 74 passed away on June 4, 2026. Dallas was born in Elberton, Georgia to the late Issac and Clara (Fortson) White. He attended Ravenna City Schools and Kent State University. He enjoyed playing football, basketball and baseball in his early years. He also played in baseball leagues in the Ravenna and Kent Communities after graduating. He worked at the post office in Ravenna and in various Labor jobs in Ravenna and Kent before retiring. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his siblings.

He was preceded in death by parents; Issac and Clara (Fortson) White; sisters: Eula Gaston and Pauline Lott.

He is survived by his son, Blazon Houston; Grandchildren: Blazia, Kinsley, Blazon Jr. and Alani; Sisters: Christine Seeden, Barbara (Robert) Shavers and Sarah White; Brother Carnel White; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
