Cynthia A. Back "Cindy", 74, of Akron, passed away on January 17, 2018. She was born in Akron on February 16, 1943 to the late Glenn and Doris Kime. She was a past member of The Chapel, where she taught Sunday School. Cindy retired from Ferriot Inc. after 25 years of service. In her free time, she enjoyed crafts, decorating her home for the holidays, and gardening. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, James. She will be deeply missed by her son, James Back; sister, Betty "Midge" Popiel; grandchildren, Krista (Robert) Hinson and Kelley (Tyler); nephews, Robert and Fred Lloyd. Memorial services for Cindy will be private. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to a local Humane Society Chapter.
