He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Colon Harris Sr. and Dorothy Harris, and his sisters, Patricia Barnhart and Shirley Brown. Their memories live on through him and the family he nurtured.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on May 11, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, located at 131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the same location.
