Clara V. Salmons, 82, passed away on September 1, 2008. Clara worked at 5th Avenue Flea Market and enjoyed helping others. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Joseph Salmons, Sr.; daughters Sherri Reed and Connie Jones; sons Robert (Johanna), David (Debbie), and Joseph, Jr. (Bobbi); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister Lillian. Calling hours will be Saturday, 9-11 a.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. with a funeral service at 11 a.m., Rev. Fleary Spurlock officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
