Christopher T. Seifert, 30, 2619 Leland Avenue, Akron, passed away unexpectedly on August 2, 2015 and is now at peace.
He was born September 17, 1984, in Akron, Ohio, son of Thomas and Darlene Seifert. Chris was talented beyond any measurable metric. He had no limits to what he could do with his hands as he was a gifted craftsman, mechanic, gardener and fisherman. He was content in all environments and loved the beaches of Florida, the excitement of downtown Akron and comfort of being outdoors around the country woods of his cousin David Lee's house. Chris will be missed greatly by all that knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Martha McGunigal, and his grandfather, Thomas Seifert.
Survivors include his mother, Darlene Seifert; father, Thomas Seifert; brother, Matthew Seifert; grandfather, Robert McGunigal; grandmother, Betty Seifert; aunts, Janice (Barry) Puckett, and Janine (Neil) Hardesty; uncles, David (Dianna) McGunigal, and Bobby McGunigal; five cousins and several friends.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 7, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
