Christina D. Myers
Christina D. Myers 49, went home to be with the Lord on September 13, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Akron, OH to the late Ray and Patricia Myers. She graduated from Ellet High School Class of 1985. She loved spending time with her animals and she cherished her grandson, Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dave Myers; grandmother, Betty Lynch. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Tricia (Adam) Harrison; grandchildren, Jordan, Makenzie, Serenity and Bailey; sisters, Beth (Ron) Tenda, Cindy (Pete) Heitzenrater, Linda (Guy) Finch; brother, Eddie (Kathy) Myers; grandfather, Richard Lynch; special friends, Bob, Debby, Lora; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks to her hospice nurse Linda Nugent and aide, Michelle Scott. Memorial service will be held on Friday September 18, 2015 at 7pm. Family will receive friends from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. Pastor Mike Shaub officiating.
