Charles F. Uher

Charles Franklin Uher, 63, passed away on Sept. 10, 2026 surrounded by family at his bedside. He was born on May 25, 1963 to Raymond and Marie Uher in Cleveland Ohio.

He loved hiking in the woods, enjoyed many camping trips with his children and family. One of his favorite things to do was to ride his motorcycle and his son Tyler also shares his love of motorcycles. Chuck loved taking trips. His last road trip was all the way to Disney World with his daughter Danielle, son in law Khayman, and grandson Griffin. They had so much fun together riding rides, eating food, and a long car ride full of adventures. He loved to fish and even took his grandson Griffin fishing. Chuck loved his children and grandson with all his heart.

He enjoyed spending time with his family especially at the trailer and anywhere outdoors.

He worked at RS Imprints and made some good friends there.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Raymond Uher and Marie Uher (Schaefer)

Chuck is survived by his children Danielle (Khayman) Cox, Tyler Uher (Meredith Hansen); and his grandson Griffin Cox; siblings, Raymond Uher; Clarence (Vickie) Uher their children; Jillian (Josh) Albright, Joshua (Jennifer) Esque, and Michael Uher; Carol Uher; Mary Ann Lucas her children Natalie Lucas, Ryan Lucas, and Brittany Lucas; and Karen Uher (Matt Burke).

Chuck is also survived by Mary Uher who has been a dear friend to him especially during his final months and appreciates all the care and support she gave him then and over the years.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 25th, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held at 4:00pm.
