Charles (Chuck) Eric Oliver of Akron passed away suddenly on July 8, 2022 at the age of 54.
Chuck was born on March 29, 1968 to Gordon and Mary Ann Oliver. He was a painter in trade and also worked at The Press of Ohio and Osborne Medina. He was a member of Visitation of Mary Parish.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Oliver Sr.
Chuck is survived by his daughter, Lindsay (Patrick) Corrigan; 2 grandchildren, McKenzie and Connor; mother, Mary Ann Oliver; his brothers and sisters, Mary Jane (Ron) Weaver, Gordon Jr. (Nancy Meszaros) Oliver, Michael (Julie) Oliver, Julie (Jay) Baker, Monica (Joe) Meckler, Vince (Jenn) Oliver, Tom (Kim Shepard) Oliver and Shawn (Melinda) Cavanaugh; the love of his life, Lisa Boring and his bonus daughter, Kaileen; and many, many nephews and nieces, who loved him dearly.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305.
A Memorial Mass will be held at on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:30 am at The Visitation of Mary Parish, 55 Broad Street, Akron, Ohio 44305.
