Carole "Sue" Strittmatter
Carole "Sue" Strittmatter, 71, passed away March 7, 2014. She was born in Akron on May 21, 1942 to the late Harold and Alice Demmel. Sue was a longtime member of Lakemore United Methodist Church. She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jason Strittmatter; and niece, Cindy.
She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 52 years, Robert; children, Jon Strittmatter, Jodi (Mark) Bender, and Amy (Paul) Miller; daughter-in-law, Crystal Strittmatter; sister, Nora Campbell; in-laws, Tom and Shirley Stritmatter; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday March 11 from 12-2 followed by a 2:00 p.m. funeral service with Pastor Jeff Gindlesberger officiating at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
God saw you were getting tired
