Carol P. Kisel, age 55 of Charlestown Township passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was born in Cleveland on November 28, 1965 to Alma {Mahoney} Kubalski and the late Roy Rasch.
In addition to her father, Carol was preceded in death by her brother James Rasch and her step-father Ray Kubalski.
Carol will be dearly missed by her husband of 29 years, Tim; daughter Stacie Kisel; mother Alma Kubalski; sister Alma Rasch; brother Bill Rasch.
