Carol Ann Curtis (Salsgiver)
Carol Ann Curtis, 62, of Akron, passed away on January 2, 2016. She was born in Akron on January 21, 1953 to the late Neal and Ruby Salsgiver.
Carol loved people and made friends everywhere she went. She had a spontaneous personality and loved making crafts with her grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Salsgiver; and son, Matthew Hardman. She will be deeply missed by her husband, John Richards; daughters, Samanda (Jeff) Tuechler and Kelsey Curtis; brothers, Bob Salsgiver and Bruce (Patty) Salsgiver; grandchildren, Elijah and Ruby Tuechler; and many close friends including Wendy Pinkerton, Mallory Pinkerton, Gail Weaver, and Roger Curtis.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 5-7 followed by a 7:00 p.m. memorial service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
