Carl L. Roppolo, 91, of Akron, passed away on October 12, 2017.
He was born in Palermo, Italy on September 1, 1926.
Carl is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary; children, Robert (Carol) Roppolo, Joseph Roppolo, Carla Roppolo, and Debbie (Jim) Geesey; brother, Tony Roppolo; 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Carl will be laid to rest on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
