Bryan Thomas Fern of Copley, age 75, died December 8, 2025 at the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Center following a brief battle with cancer.

He was born July 5, 1950, in Barberton, Ohio to the late Herbert D. Fern and Betty Lee {Marshall} Fern.

On July 26, 1975, he married Antoinette "Toni" Henico at Annunciation Catholic Church. Together they shared 50 years.

Tom is survived by his wife, Toni, daughter Judi "Kat" Fern, granddaughters Kana Mae and Phoebe Antoinette East, and many beloved family members and close friends.

Tom is preceded in death by his daughter Jennifer Leigh {Fern} East, brother John "Mike" Fern and parents, Herb and Betty.

The special bond Tom shared with his daughter Jennifer lived on in his special relationship with his granddaughters. He could often be found in an animated conversation about history with Phoebe or in the midst of a trivia battle over Big Bang Theory quotes with Kana.

Tom was an avid golfer. In his younger years, he could be found on the course with long-time buddy Chuck and in his later years he and Toni joined a golf league.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the care team at the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Center. They are a phenomenally amazing group of caregivers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Justin T. Rogers in Tom's name.
