Bonnie J. Haralson, 78, a woman of Godly beauty went home to her Lord on June 3, 2014. She was loved by "Her Tom" husband of 40 years; children, Jim, Jeff (Patricia), Jill (Jerry) Gardner, Dan (AnRea) MacDonald; Dawn (Jeff) Smith; grandchildren, Todd (Rachel), Jerry (Eric), Kristy (Fred), Justin (Mandie), Paige, Kari and Kim; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Gary (Karen) Roxbury; many nieces and nephews and many friends.
She was a member of AMBC for 40 years where she was affectionately known as "Grandma Bonnie" and sang in the choir for many years. Everyone who knew her was blessed by her sweetness and encouragement. She will be immensely missed.
Family and friends may call on Friday, June 6 from 4-6 p.m. at Arlington Memorial Baptist Church, 2330 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44312, where a funeral service will follow the calling hours at 6 p.m. with Pastor Dave Bogue and Pastor Don Davies officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family invites you to contribute to AMBC Benevolent Fund.
