Celebrating the Life of Beth Ann Cromley
With hearts both heavy and full of gratitude and profound love, we celebrate the beautiful life and legacy of Beth Ann Cromley, who peacefully transitioned from this life to eternal life with, as she would say, “Her sweet Lord” on Sunday, May 31st, 2026, at the age of 74. She walked a devoted life with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. She was the absolute center of our world—a woman whose warmth, grace, and open heart made everyone feel deeply cared for, anchored by an unshakeable faith and a fierce love for her family.
Beth Ann spent her life pouring her heart into raising her children, instilling in them a deep love, the importance of faith, and the beauty of knowing Christ. As a business owner, she poured that same care into her housekeeping business, where she loved her clients deeply and truly appreciated the relationships she built with them.
A vibrant and beautiful soul, Beth Ann loved to dance, loved to travel, go to the campground, and found immense joy at the beach, feeling the bright sun on her face. Whether she was spending cherished time with her best friend or stepping up to help someone in need, she lived her life putting others first. To know Beth Ann was to see the love of Christ in action. Her laughter was a comfort, her strength was an inspiration, and she leaves behind a legacy of pure grace.
Her greatest joy and proudest achievement was the beautiful family she built and nurtured. Her legacy of love lives on through her three children: her two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald Andrew Sims and wife Paulette Louise Sims, and Daniel Keith Sims and wife Michelle Kelly Sims, and daughter, Kristle Ann Sims.
She was a grandmother who cherished her grandchildren, including her daughter’s child, Jericho Andrew Keith Matheny; her eldest son Ronald’s children, Corigan Jacob Sims, Emily Linda Bart, Rachel Cecelia Bart, and Stephen Thomas Bart; and her son Daniel’s children, Elisha Daniel Sims and Karissa Ivana Sims. Beth Ann was also the immensely proud great-grandmother of her eldest grandson Corigan's son, Christian Michael Belle.
She is also survived and deeply missed by her beloved brother, Mark Andrew Cromley; her nephew, Brian Andrew Cromley; and her loving niece, Alexandra Marie Cromley. She leaves behind her best friend of 52 years, Betty Marie Cross, as well as a community of clients and friends who became family, including Pam Lepola.
She was greeted in heaven by her parents, her father, George Merle Cromley, and her mother, Marguerite Ann Cromley; and her brothers, Greg Russell Cromley and John David Cromley, alongside the Savior she loved so well.
The Word She Lived By
Beth Ann’s unshakeable foundation was built entirely upon the Word of God. She truly lived by the truth of these verses, anchoring her soul in them daily.
Psalm 91:1-2
"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust."
Hebrews 13:5-8
"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever."
In honoring her explicit wishes, Beth Ann chose to be cremated and will not have a formal public funeral or memorial service. Instead, her family will gather privately to hold an intimate celebration of her life, holding her memory, her laughter, and her deep faith close to their hearts.
