Becky Simmons Gower, 46, passed away peacefully after an extended illness on October 31, 2026 with family by her side. Born in Canton, Ohio to Dan and Pam (James) Simmons, she resided most of her life in Greentown, Ohio. She graduated from North Canton Hoover High School in 1998. Becky enjoyed bowling, diamond art, watching the Buckeyes and spending time with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Brian Gower; step-daughter, Alexandria (Myles) Holliday; parents, Dan and Pam Simmons; sister, Sarah Battista; nieces, Sammie and Lexi Battista; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no formal services. Per Becky's wishes, cremation has taken place. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Becky's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
