Barbara was born on December 30, 1954 and passed away on October 10, 2016 after a long, tough battle with breast cancer. Her kind, sweet, gentle soul will be missed by her sons, Tim and Cory (Vicki); daughter, Jamie (Shawn Welch); grandchildren, who were the lights of her life, Zach, Madi, Lexi, Zoe, and Zuri; brothers, Wayne Bortner and Richard Urban; and sister, Beverly Urban.
