Audrey Janet Haehner

Audrey Janet Haehner, 74, has gone home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2018. She was born in Akron on July 14, 1943 to late parents, Andrew Miller Cain and Jessie Sarah Rickwood Cain. Audrey enjoyed being a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and foster mother. She loved cooking, sewing, collecting bells and angels, gardening and reminiscing about family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Leonard; daughter, Vicki; grandson, Steven; one brother; and one sister. She is survived by her children, Sarah, Frank (Kathy), Brenda (Victor), Susan, Carl; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; grandchildren with whom she shared her home, Josh, Robert, Anje, Audrey; 3 brothers; 3 sisters; and other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10am - 1pm on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral service will take place at 1pm. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park, Akron to follow.
