Arthur Lee Infante, "Art", age 63 of North Canton, Ohio, died on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Aultman Hospital in Canton.
He was born on December 7, 1952 in Akron, the son of the late Joseph and Violet McDonough Infante.
Art was currently employed at Advanced Poly Packaging as a machinist in Akron for 17 years. Art enjoyed fishing, hunting, and anything to do with the outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, the former Barbara L. Persing, whom he married on October 13, 1973; his children, Tammy (Skip) Micco and Tim (Angelina) Infante; five grandchildren, Tyler and Madison Micco, and Timmy, Jordan, and Alexis Infante; his siblings, Joseph (Marcia) Infante, Frank (Lily) Infante, Kathy (John) Myers, Robert (Pat) Infante; and many nieces and nephews.
Other than his parents, Art was preceded in death by several siblings.
Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
Arthur will be laid to rest in Northlawn Memorial Gardens, Peninsula, Ohio.
