Arthur D. Gallina, 71, of Kent, passed away peacefully June 8, 2014 following complications from Diabetes. He was born August 22, 1942 in Kent, Ohio to the late Louis and Catherine Gallina.
Art retired from ACNY/Norfolk & Southern Railroad Co. after 30 years of service. He was an active member at Southeast Church of the Nazarene and Portage County Senior Center. Art will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 29 years, Nyla Gallina and sister, Christine Burns.
Special thanks to Robinson Memorial Hospital Visiting Nurse and Hospice and Kent Healthcare for the outstanding care they all provided. Memorial services will be planned at a later date.
