Anna C. Maiorano, 96, went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2014.
Anna enjoyed bowling and thrift store shopping.
Preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Bettina Santangelo; 4 brothers; 1 sister; and husband, Matthew.
Survivors include son, Matthew (Wanda); daughters, Juanita Noel, Bettina (Lee) Birchfield, and Debra (Kenneth) Day; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, 5-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Vitus Cemetery in New Castle, PA on Thursday at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa.
