Ann J. Zuelsdorf
Ann J. Zuelsdorf, 86, of Tallmadge, passed away on December 15, 2015. She was born in Akron on March 27, 1929 to the late David and Anna Fleming.
Ann and her husband Donald loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing together. She enjoyed countless hours reading and accumulated a large variety of novels. She was very close to her daughters and they loved their outings together. She was up for anything and was ready to go at a moment's notice. Ann devoted herself to her family and was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will always be remembered for her terrific sense of humor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; two sisters, and one brother. She will be deeply missed by her children, Linda Englehaupt (John), Larry Zuelsdorf (Jennifer) and Terri Sturgeon (Rick); grandchildren, Alan Zuelsdorf, Whitney McDowell, Brandon Englehaupt, and Cody Sturgeon; great-grandchildren, Max, Zoe, Leah, Lexi, Mack, and Layla. The family wishes to thank Sprenger Hospice Care and the staff at Heather Knoll for all the care given to Ann.
Family and friends may call on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
