Anita Lynn Morrison

Anita Lynn Morrison (nee Beck), beloved wife of Kimball Morrison, entered the gates of Heaven on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the age of 60. Born in Massillon to Annabelle {Sullivan} Beck and the late Loran Beck, Anita graduated from Tuslaw High School in 1983.

Anita was a longtime member of Grace Cathedral, also working for the ministry for over 40 years. She felt called to serve the Lord, and found great fulfillment in the church work.

In her free time, Anita loved to travel with Kim, especially to the beach. Toes in the sand, watching the sun set on the horizon is where she found her greatest peace, and closeness to the Lord.

Anita's memory will always be cherished by those who love her, including her beloved husband of 34 years, Kimball Morrison; mother Annabelle Beck; many extended family members and dear friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Grace Cathedral, 1055 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312 on Saturday, August 8th from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., when the funeral service will begin with Rev. Chris Machamer officiating. A graveside service will be held at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312 on Monday, August 10th at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anita's memory are suggested to the Grace Cathedral Mission Fund.
