Alicia Marie Carter-Dice, 26, of Akron, passed away July 6, 2014. She was born in Akron, Ohio on October 9, 1987 to Dan and Laura Carter. Alicia was a bright light who always kept the needs of others close to her heart.
Alicia will be deeply missed by her Parents, Dan and Laura (Willett) Carter; Daughter, Madison Carter; Brother, Andrew Carter; Grandparents, David and Nancy Carter; Grandparents, Ken and Janice Willett; Aunt, Barbie (Jay) Knoll; Uncle, David Lee (Debi) Carter; Aunt, Lisa (Jay) Watts; many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her Uncle, Doug Knoll.
Family and friends may call 2-4 pm or 6-8 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 am with Pastor Kevin Slyh officiating. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alicia Marie Carter-Dice Memorial Fund to benefit her daughter, Madison. Donations may be made through any First Merit Bank branch or through the funeral home.
