"A.J." Tracy A. Peeples III

Tracy Adam Peeples III, affectionately known as AJ, passed away June 2, 2026 at the Akron Children's Hospital in Akron Ohio at the age of 7.

He was born on October 10, 2018 to Tracy Adam Peeples Jr and Teaerra R. (Collins) Peeples.

AJ was an amazing child, full of fun and wonder. He loved anything Sonic the hedgehog, with Sonic and Shadow being his favorites. He enjoyed playing sonic games, beating as many as he could as well as enjoyed listening to the sonic soundtracks. But his interest did not stop at Sonic, he could resight the origin of many of his favorite video game, cartoon, anime or superhero characters with ease. He was such a happy child who enjoyed playing with his sisters, cousins and friends. An excellent student at St. Anthony's School, AJ was quite the thinker and conversationalist. He enjoyed having unhurried conversations with everyone. One of the most wonderful things about AJ was his giving heart. Kind, forgiving and easy to make friends with, he loved to give others gifts, even if the gifts came from his own toy collection.

AJ was predeceased by first cousin Davi'erre Rosser Jr.

AJ is survived by his parents: Tracy and Teaerra Peeples, sisters Arielle and Jade Peeples all of Ohio.

Maternal grandparents Jeffrey and a Sharon (Holt) Collins of Ohio. Maternal uncles: Chazz and Dexter (Sharla) both of Ohio. Paternal grand parents : Tracy Adam Peeples Sr. And Melissa (Riley) Peeples of Ohio. Paternal uncles: Daniel, Elijah and Noah (TeAsia) Peeples, all of Ohio. Paternal aunts: Alissa (Isaac) Oduro and, Keiara Sanford both of Ohio. Diamond (Davierre) Rosser of Nevada. First cousins, Devante, Darren, Dasir Rosser, Odessa Oduro, and Alaiyah Peeples, along with many great aunts, uncles and many family & friends who will miss AJ deeply.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16th from 11:00 - 12:00 PM at The House of the Lord, 1650 Diagonal Road, Akron, Ohio 44320. A service honoring AJ's life will be 12:00 noon Tuesday. AJ will be laid to rest at Hillside Memorial Park following services at the Funeral home.
