He was born February 26, 1962 in Akron, the son of the late Edward and Nola (nee Gum) Woods.
Danny was a hard worker who enjoyed the outdoors. He loved to ride his Harley with his wife. He had a quit wit and loved to make people laugh, he didn't know a stranger.
Survivors include his loving wife, the former Mary Gross, whom he married on November 24, 1999; his children, Ezekiel (Renee), Zachariah (Ashley), Isaiah, Hanniah, Seth (Angel) and Noah (Alexis) Woods; his step-son, Joshua (Jessica) Williams; and his grandchildren, Allyssa, Ivei, Everly, Kortney, Mackenzie, Brooke, Jackson, Leah and Rylee.
His siblings also survive, Marcheta (William) Fox, Vickie Woods, Denise (Steve) Heller and Ike (Linda) Gum.
Other than his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his sister, Towana Woods.
Graveside services will be held at the Hacker Valley Cemetery in Hacker Valley, West Virginia in Webster County on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
